Anime North accepts payment by Cheque or Money Order, made payable to

"Anime North". GST and PST is included in all amounts. No post-dated

cheques are accepted.

Include a typed or computer printed list of the full names and emails of all

members of the group registration. Handwritten lists will be returned, with the

accompanying payment. This list is required for the group registration to be

processed. Include the group leader's name if he/she is attending the con.

Also indicate who, if anyone, is interested in volunteering for the convention, and

is purchasing T-Shirts/Brunch Tickets. Please have the list in the following format.

If a member has no email, his confirmation form will be sent to the group leader.

If any group member wishes for information on Special Needs Services for the Disabled

at the convention, please write SNS next to their name, and they will be contacted by

email.
