Anime North 2011 Group Registration

Anime North accepts payment by Cheque or Money Order, made payable to

"Anime North". GST and PST is included in all amounts. No post-dated

cheques are accepted. If submitting a money order, Anime North recommends using

registered mail; we are not responsible for payments lost in the mail.

Group Admissions require 10 or more people to qualify, and are for the full weekend

 

Payment must be by a single cheque or money order.

 

Unused Group admissions will not be refunded at the convention. Contact Anime North

Registration on or before May 19, 2011 to request refunds or rollovers.

Include a typed or computer printed list of the full names and emails of all

members of the group registration. Handwritten lists will be returned, with the

accompanying payment. This list is required for the group registration to be

processed. Include the group leader's name if he/she is attending the con.

 

Also indicate who, if anyone, is interested in volunteering for the convention, and

is purchasing T-Shirts/Brunch Tickets. Please have the list in the following format.

If a member has no email, his confirmation form will be sent to the group leader. If

any group member wishes for information on Special Needs Services for the Disabled at
